*MUST HAVE MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER EXPERIENCE*

1st Line Support Technician required for a well established and respected Microsoft Gold partner for an initial 2 month contract. This role is fully home based and paying between £125 - £165 p/d (INSIDE IR35)

DETAILS:

JOB - 1st Line Support Technician

LOCATION - Anywhere in the UK

START - ASAP

DURATION - 2 months (potential opportunity to move into a permanent role after this)

RATE - £125 - £165 per day

INSIDE IR35 - through an Umbrella company

REQUIRED:

Solid experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)

Strong 1st Line experience working on a busy support desk

Experience with O365 and Active Directory

THE ROLE:

This role would suit an enthusiastic 1st Line Support specialist, who has good experience and knowledge with O365 and Active Directory. You will be working on a busy support desk, helping to support this organisations diverse client base. This organisation would also consider a more experienced candidate who is looking for a contract position.

You will be working for a well respected and rapidly expanding Microsoft Gold Partner. They have an excellent relationship with Microsoft and they are on the way to doubling their headcount and turnover in the next 12 months.

This 1st Line Support Technician position is looking to start ASAP, paying up to £165/day (depending on background and experience). INSIDE IR35
