Role: EUC Architect

Type: Contract

Salary: £670 per day

Duration: 5 months (initially)

IR35 Status: Umbrella Only

Location: Reading

Start Date: ASAP

Our Blue Chip Business Telecoms Client requires a EUC Architect. Please note this will be remote during Covid & may involve occasional travel to Reading in the near future. Please note this must be via an Umbrella & you must have demonstrable experience as a EUC Architect.

Skills Required - Technical/Telecoms

The role demands proven experience as a EUC Architect with experience in end user telecoms and must have worked on a broad range of projects.
This role is looking for someone who comes from a telecommunications background and have designed networks and delivered them.

Activities

  • Working with 3rd party IT teams and business in the delivery of EUC solutions.
  • Working within a Solutions Architecture function, or similar function, to deliver solutions ranging from £50k to £10m for a large investment portfolio in a large organisation.
  • Responsible for delivering EUC (End-User Computing) Enterprise solutions architecture.
  • Own the end-to-end EUC solutions architecture delivery with accountability for solution design and estimation. With a specific focus on EUC capabilities and digital transformation across the enterprise estate.

  • Ability to estimate the financial impact of Enterprise Architecture and alternatives.
  • Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
