£400pd - £450pd outside IR35

My client, a global consulting firm, are looking to recruit a Atlassian SME for a 6 month, outside IR35, contract role based in Croydon.

Requirements

- 5+ years' experience in an Enterprise Apps environment and should have been in customer facing roles. Overall experience should be at least 8 years
- Experience in building and supporting migrations and consolidation projects in the past
- Strong Atlassian product knowledge and experience- Jira, and Confluence
- Experience of working with Server or SaaS instances of Atlassian products
- Experience on Atlassian Access, Atlassian Cloud Administration
- Ability to establish technical requirements and design Atlassian Products and tools.
- API and Programming skills and expertise in JQLs, Macros etc.
- Advanced Scripting preferably Automation for JIRA; Knowledge of Scripting with Atlassian plugins like ScriptRunner, PowerScripts. is also preferred
- Knowledge and usage of common plugins and apps like Structure, Advanced Roadmaps, Xray, TM4J.
- Experience on migration tools and plugins like Project Configurator.
- Experience in integration of Atlassian tools with other Atlassian Tools like Bitbucket, ITSM tools like ServiceNow, CICD Tools like Bamboo and Jenkins,
- Very good understanding of effective usage and best practices related to project templates, issue type hierarchies, boards, dashboards and gadgets
- Ability to lead design sessions and guide platform implementation team with hands-on support
- Ability to ask compelling/leading questions, uncover common customer themes, and lead technical planning and project planning;
- Technical ability to navigate and solution for complex discussions on various deployment/migration options across self-hosted, cloud, and hybrid deployment options;
- Conduct discovery during the customer migration process to assess and understand their use case, migration needs and any potential roadblocks to migrating.
- Advise customers on how to plan/prepare for migrations and consolidation of Atlassian instances.
- Ensure customers partner with Scrum Masters for troubleshooting and to assist with the data migrations;
- Liaise with multiple cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Customer Success Managers, Technical Support, Customer Programs, and Architects"
- Experience in development of plugins or gadgets is nice to have
