Rate: £375 Day Rate (Inside IR35)
Experience/responsibilities required:
- 4+ years in Service Designer
- ITIL qualified
- Experience reviewing contractual documentation
- High Level Technical Design & High Level Service Design to gain an understanding of the scope of services and SLAs
- Gaining an understanding of the Customer' and associated challenges with the new services to be provided, the expected operating model & to tease out the detailed information to be documented, not only to provide a view of the what and how but also the why.
- Data Protection Design
- Management Systems Design
- Technical Services Design
