Support Manager

Our Client, a small Group of companies based in the Derby area, are looking for a candidate that will be able to play a major part looking after central systems and controls .

The successful candidate will be able to support approx. staff 1ST AND 2ND Line and 3rd line support by third party .

The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup of new starters and leavers and is able to demonstrate extensive experience using these technical skills.

You will be responsible for software purchasing and upgrades daily back-ups and site linkage and management resolution of external suppliers hardware support covering HP Enterprise Servers.HP San, Cisco Routers and core manager PBX Avia.

Experience in cloud migration Main Role Technical skills Maintenance and upgrading of the Groups systems.

The successful candidate with have basic knowledge and know their way around Servers, main software products are: Microsoft Server editions, Exchange on premise/exchange on line, Sharepoint, SQL, Unix/Cognos, Cisco IOS and ASA Amazon (AWS) Veeam VMWare vsphere.
