Cloud Applications Support Manager is required by a large organisation to manage a global cloud applications support and remediation team.

Required experience and skills:

  • broad experience in leading cloud applications support teams ideally including Salesforce applications
  • experience in defining best practices for problem resolution
  • ITIL
  • extensive team leading and team growing experience
  • experience of driving projects to improve support-related processes and the technical support standards
