Do you: Have the ability to lead multiple suppliers with regards to their adherence to following the ITIL processes?
Do you: Maintain a knowledgebase comprising a technical use-case reference library containing business cases and research papers?
The Role:
Your role as a Technical Analyst will involve building strong relationships with other functions and the wider Firm. The role will be a critical member of the team, contributing to the success of the overall function. You will cover defined areas of the Business to allow you to grow and maintain relationships with the Business and develop an in-depth knowledge of Business Operations in these areas.
Role Responsibilities
Works with senior members of Core Infrastructure to develop comprehensive business cases
Engages senior members of Core Infrastructure and business stakeholders to document use cases and transformation journeys, including outcomes, cost savings and efficiencies
Contributes to a library of business cases and transformation use cases for later dissemination/consumption
Engages senior members of Core Infrastructure to ensure awareness of ongoing discussions
Engages with suppliers to assist with the investigation of innovative technologies and answer questions related to concepts being reviewed within business cases
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluating business processes, understanding and anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimisation strategies.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT developments to improve systems
Previous experience with discovering and analysing cloud workloads and resources in at least one of AWS, GCP or ideally Azure cloud platforms for a client or enterprise.
