Are you currently on the lookout for your next contract role? If so, a leading client of mine is currently looking for a Network Delivery Specialist to join their team.

Role Purpose: Lead and own the delivery of bespoke, often very complex, RAN indoor and outdoor solutions in a timely manner to meet agreed customer requirements for 2G/3G/4G/5G services as applicable.

Job Description:
* Lead and own the delivery of bespoke, often very complex, RAN indoor and outdoor solutions in a timely manner to meet agreed customer requirements for 2G/3G/4G/5G services as applicable.
* Ensure all solutions are delivered safely in accordance with Statutory, Regulatory & BT policies and guidance.
* Instruct and manage vendors, logistics and supply chain to ensure the 'just in time' delivery of all necessary products and services.
* Undertake all necessary financial activities to ensure timely delivery of products & services.
* Act as subject matter delivery expert to lead communication with stakeholders and work to drive strong, open and sustained communication channels both within the project team and with the wider stakeholder community.
* Develop and continually improve delivery processes and methodologies used within the team.
* Own, assist with and support as appropriate the development of Scope of Works documents for bespoke products and solutions.
* Develop and continually improve processes and methodologies used within the team.
* Support the delivery trials of new products and initiatives prior to wider deployments.

Experience Required:
* 5+ years' experience in Mobile RAN delivery management within the RAN mobile telecoms industry. (MANDATORY)
* Proven excellent track record in project delivery - including specific experience of Nokia, Huawei or Ericsson products and architecture. (MANDATORY)
* Proven experience in building and sustaining effective and trusted relationships at all levels. (PREFERRED)
* Proven ability in management of partners and suppliers to deliver solutions in accordance with agreed programmes. (MANDATORY)
* Strong track record of success with major unilateral or shared RAN projects within airports, rail, transport, MoD or ESN environment. (PREFERRED)
* Direct experience of upgrading and decommissioning of RAN solutions. (PREFERRED)
* Knowledge of current EE, exOUK and exTMUK delivery processes and tools. (PREFERRED)
* Knowledge and understanding of SAP. (PREFERRED)

Skills Required:
* Ability to manage the delivery of Special Projects RAN solutions to constrained and challenging timescales.
* Problem solver - ability to identify and resolve problems and threats in order to achieve desired outcome and to challenge others where necessary.
* Strong leadership capability coupled with good team & people management skills in a disparate team environment.
* Broad understanding of RAN network and coverage & capacity planning requirements and Nokia, Huawei or Ericsson products and architecture.
* Effective and influential communicator both written and verbal at all levels.
* Good analytical skills - ability to source and analyse data in order to identify and where necessary build the case for change & improvements.
* Ability to manage vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective and appropriately resourced delivery of solutions.
* Broad understanding of CDM and Health & Safety legislation relevant to the delivery of Special Projects RAN solutions.
