Description

Our Public Sector client is looking to recruit a Windows 10/O365 Business Analyst on an initial 5 month contract on a remote home working basis.

The client has been migrating to O365/Windows 10 and has 1000 user left to migrate. The Business Analyst needs to be a flexible self-starter who will be required to primarily create and maintain the project's database/tracker that contains all user/site deployment-related data, as required by the Project Manager.

The person is expected to:

  • Database/Tracker - To create and maintain the project's database/tracker that contains all user/site deployment-related data.
  • Data Analysis - To collate and normalise various data sets, utilise the data and/or produce summarised reports upon completion.
  • Data Import/Export - To import/export returned/collected data into the database to ensure that the project team works to the latest data capturing any agreed changes.
  • Business Analysis - To investigate newly discovered items to determine the impact it has on the project.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Business Analyst who has past experience of Windows 10/O365 Deployment but also has experience in the following:

  • MS Power BI at intermediate to advance level
  • MS Excel at advanced level
  • Able to confidently produce/present summarised reports from completed data analysis
  • Experience in using infrastructure administration/monitoring tools, eg InTune, LANDesk, Azure DevOps
  • Capable of delivering to set expectations and/or schedule
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, comfortable working with all different levels of staff

Day Rate: £400 per day Inside IR35 via a Umbrella Company.
