Description
Our client is looking for a second line Support Engineer to join ASAP on an initial 3 - 6 month contract. The role will be on site 5 days a week. Ideally you will have the following experience:
Technical Experience
In depth 2nd Line experience
Experience with Windows 7/10 OS
Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory
MS Group Policies
Understanding of SCCM packages
Knowledge of Windows server administration
Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of configuring PC hardware and peripherals
Physically capable of carrying hardware (PCs/Printers)
Knowledge and experience of TCP/IP Networking fundamentals
Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
Proven experience of working in a Senior Technical IT Support role
Exposure to VoIP
Mobile device management tools
Knowledge of Citrix desirable
