OSS/BSS Business Analyst
My client are currently seeking a Business Analyst/Product Owner for an initial 4 month contract based remotely from home.
The BA would be required ASAP to support multiple IT/network RFP exercises.
Essential experience required for the role:
- Telco and if possible wholesale experience
- OSS/BSS experience - requirements gathering for supplier engagement
- Knowledge of network/customer/field/billing operations
- Agile methodology and facilitation knowledge
- Vendor evaluation expertise
This role is Inside IR35 so applicants must engage via an Umbrella Company.
