Manage Engine System Consultant - Security Cleared
Lorien are currently working with a Global IT Service provider who are looking for Manage Engine System specialist to work on an initial 6month contract based in Lincolnshire.
*For this role a national security clearance is required for this role*
You will be responsible for production, review, customer assurance of a defined sub-set of the documentation deliverable defining ITIL processes, plans, and governance mechanisms.
Key Skills:
- Experience in overall infrastructure Customer Solution Architect
- Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the existing service tooling deployment against agreed transition criteria
- Developing the implementation blueprint - the configuration improvements that can be made with the existing tooling
- Implement, where possible, the service tooling improvements
- Experienced in Manage Engine tooling (eg, Service Desk+ and Op Manager)
- Experienced in Microsoft tooling (eg, SCCM)
- Experienced in VMWare tooling (eg, vROps)
