Stellenbeschreibung:The role: • Contributes to our API standards and best practices associated with all aspects of the Business Functions Framework and IT standards • Contributes to and support the corporate adoption of the DevOps methodology and Agile development • Provides expert level design and engineering support towards the successful delivery of our API portfolio by internal and external developers • Contribute towards continual service improvement activities related to the delivery of business services • Participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment, cost effectiveness and high availability • Design, implement, and test disaster recovery and business continuity architecture • Ensure all infrastructure components meet proper performance and GRC standards
Unbedingt erforderlich:• Tech ownership, maintenance, incident resolution, and development of the top X APIs. Basically you would take X APIs on your shoulder for the engineering incident management is not carried by you but by the API owner. You will have a backlog with things to do (Jira Service Desk), and the funnel will be from all the BAs in business services• You will be pushed for technical support (around 20%) for solution designs (architecture) around those top X APIs• You will be continue to setup and improve the monitoring for our services (Datadog) • You will be focusing on developing a quality assurance automated mechanism to detect, notify and enforce that APIs owned in BFT are kept up to date.
