Leeds (based on-site)

An IT Asset Administrator is required by a supplier of IT Services and Solutions, to assist on a new client project based on their end clients site in Leeds. Responsibilities include setting up an Excel spreadsheet documenting all assets and ensuring tagged assets correspond correctly and accurately.

The IT Asset Administrator may also assist with every day business as usual requests which translates into: ordering IT kit (Laptops, phones, sim cards, monitors, keyboards etc) and shipping it out to employees, tracking the shipment and liaising with our courier.

The role requires a lot of admin related tasks such as raising PO, stock take, reports, check in and checking out assets, updating the asset database.

Responsibilities:

  • Raising and Managing PO's
  • General Administrative duties
  • Ensuring Excel databases are up to date and monitored
  • Extracting information and creating reports from large data sets

To be considered we are looking for:

  • Excellent organisational skills - ability to prioritise tasks and maintain documentation
  • Strong Excel skills (Databases, Data Extraction and Reporting)
  • Personable and friendly demeanour
