Description
M365 Solutions Architect - Unified Communications required for 6 month contract for a banking client.
Based in London - working from home until the foreseeable and based Outside IR35.

The Role:
- Work with the Bank's Principal Infrastructure Architect and Core Project Team to shape solutions that meet the Banks needs and strategic direction.
- Manage workshops, providing quality assurance and gathering requirements to shape programme deliverables.
- Assess the Bank's As-Is Infrastructure components in order to assure the successful outcomes of the programme.
- Creation and assessment of artefacts such high level designs and low level designs.
- Presentation and facilitating sign-offs in review boards.
- Manage the creation of the migration design and decommissioning of Cisco UC services.
Essential Skills Required:
- Design and implementation of Microsoft Teams Unified Communications solutions
- Cloud video InterOp for Microsoft Teams
- Advanced knowledge of network protocols for voice and Audio/Video communications (eg H323, SIP, and SCCP)
- Microsoft Session Border Controllers and Direct Routing
- Knowledge of market SIP providers, geographical and compliancy requirements
- Advanced technical experience maintaining Auto Attendant, Caller's menus, script changes and software upgrades
- Office M365, Microsoft PowerShell
