Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect | Unified Communications | Outside IR35 ContractI am partnered with a multinational banking organization looking to bring on board an Office 365 Architect to work independently alongside the existing infrastructure and architecture teams within the business and take a senior role within the migration to Office 365.
You will be responsible for design of the migration of voice, video and conferencing services away from Cisco UC technologies. You will ensure the Cisco and Teams environment can co-exist for the duration of the migration while also supporting dependent business VoIP services.
Essential
Design and implementation of Microsoft Teams Unified Communications solutions
Cloud video InterOp for Microsoft Teams
Advanced knowledge of network protocols for voice and Audio/Video communications (eg H323, SIP, and SCCP)
Microsoft Session Border Controllers and Direct Routing
Knowledge of market SIP providers, geographical and compliancy requirements
Advanced technical experience maintaining Auto Attendant, Caller's menus, script changes and software upgrades
Office M365, Microsoft PowerShell
Desirable
Working in multi-country, multi-cultural, organisations.
Qualifications/Certifications in one or more Microsoft M365 specialism
Qualifications/Certifications in one or more Cisco UC specialism
Project experience of moving from Cisco UC to Microsoft Teams
