Responsibilities- IT Security Analyst

  • Publication, implementation and spot checks/audit of diverse range of Information Security policies within ISO 27001:2013 based Information Security Management System (policies are centrally written in clients HQ and pushed to GB, implementation consists of workshops with policy SMEs, monitoring control activities and overall progress of implementation). ISMS consists of 30+ policies in diverse implementation stages.
  • Carrying out periodic internal IT audit reviews of systems and processes. Reporting on control effectiveness and development of local policies in context of improving security posture
  • Shaping and delivering regular phishing campaigns via an established tool, reporting on respective campaigns KPIs and presenting the results
  • Improving and delivering regular awareness campaigns to diverse audiences (electronic training, ad hoc training, mail shots, Intranet articles, etc.)
  • Conducting Protection Requirement Assessments (of diverse local systems, in terms of the CIA triad), advising and cooperating on security concepts for those systems with a range of stakeholders
  • Monitoring fraud landscape and daily interaction with specialized Antifraud provider and clients Customer Services with respect to fraudulent usage of client Brand

Required Skills

  • Preferably Lead Implementer ISO 27001:2013, or proven experience in implementing and auditing an ISMS in a large organisation
  • At least 3 years of experience in an information security role
  • Technical background in networking, databases or business applications
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • An inquisitive attitude and mind-set
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Keen interest in all things cyber security related
  • Ability to work both alone and as part of a team
