Description
Role : Windows N3 Desktop SupportResponsibilites : Windows 10, MS Office, Office 365, Collaboration Tools (MS Teams, Skype, WebEx), Print management, Active Directory, GPO, PowerShell, SCCM CB, 2400 desktops spread over 20 sites.
The service consists primarily of providing level 3 support on the desktop activity, and in particular on Windows 10, Active Directory, Collaboration tools, Office365, Print Management, SCCM and SCCM CB technologies. This will involve analyzing, resolving, and documenting requests and incidents that the information manager does not know how to manage, and making the link with the Daimler central entities that design the group's solutions.
It also consists of providing technical expertise in the context of workplace deployment and in particular supporting the project team in the analysis and resolution of malfunctions encountered.
All deliverables will be written in English.
