I am currently recruiting for a Freelance Salesforce Business Analyst for a Platinum Partner based in France. They supporting a client in the implementation of SalesCloud and ServiceCloud and supporting an ongoing project the end-client is running.This is a full-time opportunity where the role offers a 6 month extendable contract and a hybrid work schedule with 2/3 days on-site and the rest remote. (the final customer is in Bagneux, South of Paris)
Experience required:
- Strong Salesforce experience as a Consultant OR Functional Consultant or Business Analyst
- Experience with SalesCloud (at least a few projects, having implemented it, understanding of the business processes, able to run workshops, deal with issues, manage support tickets that get logged)
- Experience with ServiceCloud (same as the above)
- Field Service modules knowledge or experience from past/present projects
- French and English - fluent
Responsibilities:
- To act as Salesforce SME on the project for the client; handling client requests, attending meetings, working as a key member of the support team
- Support the client with any issues they have - dealing with tickets (a ticket is where the client will submit an issue and they have to troubleshoot and resolve the problem/find a fix)
- Ensure the support SLA is stuck to and any high level/major issues are resolved quickly to avoid any delays caused by the Salesforce system
- Take part in and lead workshops with the customer for ongoing issues and new requirements
