Description

For our client we are looking for a 2nd / 3rd level support (m/w/d) in the field of client migration.

Please note: Support hours should cover East as well as West Coast 9am-5pm (EST / PST)

Please hand in your profiles in english language.

Duration: asap - March 2022
Location: 100% remote
Hourly capacity: 40h per week

Tasks:
- Separation of managed standard Win 10 clients, virtual Win 10 Client is done with a Microsoft tool/service named ADMS.
- Migration of the client is made in changing environment regarding network, remote access/VPN access including covering hybrid unjoin/join, License change - O365, Profile translation, Radius certificates change etc. pp.
- When errors happen, client fix might be needed along the various points of fail, as we know them.
- 3rd level support works with the end-user to fix clients in direct contact (call, Teams, similar approaches).

Skills:
- English language is mandatory. 2nd or 3rd language knowledge is a plus (Brasil, Spanish, French).
- Good knowledge of Win 10 OS (build 1909 and younger) incl. management features (consoles, event / error log system).
- Good knowledge of services applied to mass manage clients (Virus Check, SCCM, UCMS, Print settings, IP protection agents carbon black/crowdstrike).
- Good knowledge of processes to manage Win 10 Std Clients (mDWP), virtual clients (vDWP), factory client management (rDWP) is a plus.
- PowerShell basics
- Registry basics
