Description

For our client we are looking for a 3rd Level Support (m/w/d) in nearshoring.

Language: English
100% Remote work (Team is located in Poland, no presence required)
Duration: asap - 31.08.2022 (40h per week)

Task:
3 rd Level Support for our customers End User Analytics service. End User Analytics gives the client the ability to recognize issues from an end user point of view and provide proactive fixes to the user
- Analyze environment, try to find a solution to fix it -? work with LoB on remediation
- Install, verify, support and repair Server
- Work on customer requests – Create dashboards and Investigations
- Work on customer requests – Create Alerts and Monitors
- Work on customer requests – Create Notifications
- Work on customer requests – create custom reports
- Document all processes and procedures
- Implement change requests
- Monitor infrastructure and react to outages

Skills:
- scripting and hands on Windows troubleshooting and repair Administration
- Administration of MS Windows
- Analytic and solution-oriented thinking
- Scripting knowledge in Powershell
- Perfmon knowledge
- Knowledge of at least one of the virtualization platforms – VMware, Hyper-V

Desired:
- Knowledge in Windows 10 Operating System, registry, troubleshooting
- Some knowledge in SQL scripts
- Knowledge in PowerShell
- Knowledge in Linux
