CX Consultant - Genesys (Customer Experience) (Remote WFH)
We have an immediate contract opportunity for a CX consultant who can lead Contact Center transformation projects delivering the CX in a contact centre environment, vendor product knowledge essential.
* Expert level contact center understanding
* Expert level knowledge of Genesys Cloud & Genesys Engage
* Good level knowledge of AW365 Dialogue
* Hand on experience with CRM (Salesforce, SAP) integration to Genesys Cloud and AW365
* Very good understanding of voice and chat bots solution (google, amazon), analytics (Verint)
* Vonage API knowledge
* Additional CX vendor knowledge would be nice to have (eg NiceIn Contact, Cisco etc..)
