Description
We currently require the services of a Service Architect to work along side one of our well respected energy clients.

3 Month contract initially
£515 per day Umbrella
Responsibilities
- Engage with projects in the transformation UK program or BAU UK change plan projects to provide governance and advise with service transition
- Template, where missing, any useful documentation for ITSM teams
- Raise any service risks or issues and assist in their mitigation
- Assist BAU ITSM functions in articulating their scope
- Ensure Support models are in place and tested
- Report on progress of service integration
- Provide guidance to IT Leadership on how to implement service integration
- Manage any improvement projects required
Experience
- Must have performed this role before
- Must have ITIL qualifications, preferably V3 service transition and ITIL Expert
- Must be a self-starter and happy to go and find the people they need to talk to
