Service Desk Analyst | Inside IR35 | 3 month+ | Nottingham | Immediate Start!
An urgent requirement has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst, with strong Microsoft support skills, to join our customer based in Nottingham on an initial 3 contract month engagement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- 1st/2nd line remote application support
- Provide technical user support for: MS Teams, O365, Exchange and Windows 10
- Monitor support queues and support all issues and questions, providing answers, advice and support in a professional and timely manor
- Administration of internal & external Active Directory
- General root cause analysis
