Configuration & Release Management.
Good communicator, delivering to a high standard and creating in depth documentation.
Experience of working in the financial sector.
Experience deploying or supporting IPC Unigy v4.
Experience of delivering Cloud 9 and preferable experience of integrating it with IPC Unigy.
Experience performing migrations between trader voice platforms.
Experience with SBC delivery with preferable experience of delivering trader voice private wire services over SIP.
Experience installing Verba Voice recording environments with preferable experience integrating this with Unigy and or Cloud 9.
