Audio Visual Technician - £250.00 per day inside IR35 - 3 months - London travel expenses paid
A global managed service provider is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Technician to carry out Audio Visual work for a variety of end clients.
This role would be initially 3 months working inside IR35 (will need to work through an umbrella company), and expenses will be paid for required travel.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver customer Excellence while responding to AV maintenance and support issues across the site
- Investigating failures, providing technical expertise and understanding to resolve issues on site
- Use industry and site knowledge to help identify root causes of failures and offer remediation steps
- Provide a comprehensive event support service by delivering a white glove service to both employees and the client from planning through to post event support
Key Result Areas
- On-site support through key critical AV events
- AV setup to support customer events
- Provide training and AV support to end-users and Service Desk
- Adhere to customer on-site policies and procedures
Knowledge Skills and Experience Required
- Experience of working in a large corporate environment
- Good understanding of Audio-visual systems (Control, Audio and Video)
- Knowledge of both analogue and digital systems
- Knowledge of Sound reinforcement and projection lighting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office to support Client Events
- Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
- CTS Certification
