One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a PCRF/PCF Application Maintenance Consultant.

Description:
1. Application maintenance experience of high availability Telecom systems such as PCRF
2. Hands on experience on PCRF product suite and Integration with OCS (experience on Oracle PCRF preferred)
3. Working knowledge of creating/updating/troubleshooting policies and deploying the same
4. Hands on experience on troubleshooting of PCRF/PCF incidents/problems
5. Experience of working with Openstack, Vmware, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Kibana, Rest API etc.
6. Experience in Telecom domain and exposed to P-GW, OCS, PCRF and IMS
7. Experience in network protocols like DIAMETER, CAMEL. Good Knowledge of diameter interfaces like Gx,Rx,Sy,Sd as well as 5G HTTP interfaces like N15,N7,N5
8. Solid knowledge of networking principles & protocols as well as security
9. Familiar with 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G Mobile Core Network architectures
10. Experience of working on Unix/Linux and writing Shell/bash scripts.
11. Good hands on configuration management tools and using the latest Devops tools
Incident Management and Corrective Maintenance to secure restoration of a service and error correction of faults of any event which is not part of the standard operation of a service and which causes, or may cause, an interruption to, or a reduction in, the quality of service.
Corrective Maintenance for third party patches and fixes.
Information Security and Risk Management.
Preventive Maintenance which includes Co-operation with Application and IT-operations teams, Data House-keeping, Performance, Improvements.
Governance, Risk management compliance and Priority Controls (GRC and Priority Controls).
Perfective Maintenance in Application performance, Data output and Delivery time precision in order to make the system work more efficient.
Release Management which involves software deployments and change initiatives.
Configuration Management of services and items that supports them.
Problem Management to manage life cycle of all problems related to the service objects.
Data Handling which includes data cleaning, maintaining data scripts, data purging etc
Continual Service Improvements of products, services and practices
