Desktop Support Analyst - Dublin

Prestigious Dublin based client requires an accomplished Desktop Support Analyst to support 2 offices in Dublin. You will be responsible for providing 2nd line Desktop Support in both their primary location and to remote sites, working as part of a wider team of engineers. You will act as the face of technology, assisting employees with all technology related Requests and Incidents. The Desktop Support Analyst will be responsible for the full asset life cycle of corporate devices, from first build to retirement and disposal, including all necessary status updates within the asset management console.

Essential
*Solid Desktop/Technology Support experience.
*Must have experience providing high level technical support within a complex technical environment.
*Service Delivery focused, with extensive customer facing experience.
*Must have in depth M365 support knowledge, including Teams, OneDrive & InTune.
*Must have experience of remote administration tools.
*Experience of imaging & re-imaging devices.
*Must have experience working in a Fast-paced demanding environment.
*Must have experience supporting a Citrix environment.
*Familiar with ITIL.
*Experience of multi-domain environments.
*Basic MCR/SCR management - cabling, patching & maintenance.
*Asset Management Lifecycle.
*LAN, WAN, MAN troubleshooting.
*BCP/Disaster recovery provisioning.
*Virtual Desktop configuration & maintenance.
*Tools experience: SCCM, Active Directory, Citrix Director, MS System Centre Virtual Machine Manager, Bomgar, PowerShell, AssetTrack, ServiceNow, CISCO Video Conferencing & telephony including Jabber, MBAM/BitLocker
