IT Service Desk Analyst

3 Month Contract

£12.50 ph (Inside IR35)

IT Service Desk Analyst needed for a 3 Month Contract based in Norwich (Norfolk). Start ideally late September/early October 2021.

Providing remote IT support for the NHS, including logging, diagnosing + resolving 1st line IT incidents.

Key skills, experience + tasks will include:

  • Providing remote IT incident management + 1st line support.
  • Call logging, trouble-shooting, diagnosis + resolution of IT faults.
  • Software installation, configuration + Active Directory (AD) administration.
  • Fixing a high proportion of IT incidents at first contact in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Escalating more complex IT issues to 2nd/3rd line support engineers.
  • Hardware, software, telephony + break-fix.
  • IT Asset Management, Configuration Management + tracking/monitoring progress of IT incidents.
  • Providing an excellent level of customer service; communicating clearly + managing users expectations.
  • Reporting into the IT Service Desk Team Leader.
  • Any NHS/Healthcare industry experience would be an advantage.
