1st Line Support Engineer - short term contract (1-2 weeks) - Cardiff site (CF37 postcode)
Immediate/ASAP start required!
A well known name in the technology world is seeking essential 1st line support for the next few weeks to assist in the return of employees back to the office.
The successful candidate will be required to install devices, monitors, peripherals etc possibly complete floorwalking duties, complete any quick IT fixes, resolve user queries or divert users to the ITEC for additional user support.
You may also be asked to assist the ITEC and complete IT remedial duties for hardware if this is needed.
