LEVEL 2 IT TECHNICIAN
Location: Glasgow
Contract: 1 year
Daily rate: £180 - £200 (inside IR35)
Our client is large IT services provider, currently looking for a full time Level 2 IT Technician to join their team in Glasgow. We are looking for an experience technician who is capable to work independently and with the ability to support end users onsite and remotely in the UK. This a great opportunity to work closely with wit a local team of 2 IT Support Analyst, as well as participating in projects with a global team.
Skills required:
- Desktop, Laptop, PC-connected peripheral, Tablet, Smartphone
- Windows 10, Office 365, mainstream PC tools (eg Adobe Acrobat, SAP, etc.)
- IP Telephony - Microsoft Teams
- MS System Centre Configuration Manager
- Computer imaging
- Active Directory - password reset, computer account moves between OU, enable-disable accounts, etc
- Printer support
- Office365 support
- OneDrive and SharePoint support
- Ticketing tool - ServiceNow
