Our client is looking for a highly skilled IT Technical Author to join their team for an initial 3 months contract.
Skills required:
- Assisting Helpdesk support to gain knowledge on efficacy
- Pick out closed incidents, analyse and see which incidents are being repeated.
- Write strong technical documentation
