Skilled in managing 24*7 Oracle Database Administration encompassing database - L3 planning, installation & configuration single Instance, disaster recovery planning, back-up & recovery (using RMAN & export/import), configuration of Data Guard for ensuring business continuity and patch management/release
Expertise in managing & troubleshooting Single Instance, Database Performance Tuning, Data Guard/Active Data Guard, RMAN and Streams.
Proficient in installing, creating, upgrading & supporting Oracle 10g, 11g & 12c database in production & development environments, applying patches on production, test & development instances, cloning databases using conventional backups
Skilled in monitoring administration of all database objects including tables, clusters, indexes, views, sequences, packages & procedures and assessment of impact of changes made to database objects
Skill in OID, database restoration and recovery to various level, database/schema refreshes, database/datafiles movement, database switchover/failover
Exposure in postgres installation, clustering, creating & supporting databases, users, profiles and granting privileges, Backup/Restore etc.
Must Have Oracle RACK cluster Knowledge.
