We are looking for a talented individual with a Project Delivery background to manage a project to configure and deliver secure devices to Partners across Government. You'll work closely with the wider Service Delivery team and external partners to deliver the project within a set timescale. You will be managing a small team, split between London and East Kilbride and will work closely with various Technical teams across the Service to ensure timely delivery of the project. You should have experience of managing multiple concurrent projects, working with minimal supervision and ideally as part of a cross functional team. You will need to work with Partners and Technical Teams to ensure success of the project. You will ensure that the required Government assurance and compliance is met, for example, in respect of security standards.
Responsibilities
- work with technical teams and partners to plan, execute and manage the installation and delivery of updated hardware:
- produce reports and documentation to support all security accreditation requirements;
- complete weekly status and communication updates, reporting back into the Service Manager;
- participate in release readiness and manage the cutover into live production service;
- ensure programme issues, risks and escalation management processes are followed.
