Workplace/Workstation/EUC Architect - English Speaking - 100% Remote Working
For one of our customers, we are searching for a IT Workplace/Workstation/EUC Architect, for a long term contract assignment.
Candidates should have a deep experience of working with Autopilot, and preferably some M&A experience.
The project will start ASAP, and run until the end of the year initially. A long term extension is possible pening good work.
Role: Workplace Architect.
In this role, the core responsibility is designing, developing, implementing deployment and designing the Industrial IT workstations and architect the overall targeted operating model along with ITSM Framework.
Lead in the technical definition, design, development, and continual improvement of the infrastructure development, including the standard Windows and work with other cross functional teams in the preparation of related infrastructure changes.
To have close engagement with various sites contacts + BP team + Industrial IT project team to roll out the Industrial IT machines.
Lead the Technical Definition, Design, Development of Workstation Patch Management, Backup & Recovery procedures
Draft and finalize design working with Active Directory, GPO, Applications team & Network Team.
To work closely with Business team to gather requirements and design the solution to meet the business needs and requirements.
Deep technical understanding of OS, supporting policies and applications - corresponding to build and release management process
Technical understanding and should be responsible to design Industrial IT PC Management process and Targeted Operating Model
Should write all project deliverables (High-Level & Low-Level Design Documents; Technician Support Articles; User Guides)
Demonstrate architecture competency and technical knowledge is must in Industrial PC's, Windows Client Server Operating Systems, SCCM (SOE, Windows Patch Management), MDT, AD/GPO, Bitlocker, PowerShell, Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow, Antivirus
Should have very good general design and architecture knowledge
Detailed understanding and expertise on Autopilot is must.
Start: ASAP/Within September/1st October latest
Duration: End of the year + extension
