Technical Design Authority - Telco, Telecommunications, Site Build, 5G, Implementation
Location: Remote/Berkshire
Duration: 3 month rolling contract
Day rate: £400 per day
Outside IR35
IDPP are working with a large Managed IT Service Provider and their Telecommunications client who are in need of a Design Authority on a New Site Build and 5G implementation project.
The successful Technical Design Authority will be responsible for checking the designs from approved third party suppliers to ensure check points are being met and that they will obtain the necessary approvals.
Responsibilities:
- Review designs supplied by approved third party suppliers for new site builds and 5G implementation
- Review and check Schedule of Work, Wayleaves, Onboarding and Checkpoints being met
- Participate in daily supplier calls and customer meetings and calls
- Schedule work for internal and external rigging, commissioning, civils and electrician teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar Technical Delivery/Design Authority role
- Site Build experience required
- Telecommunications sector experience essential
- Excellent communication skills
