Voice Engineer
Cisco Unified Communications/Unified Contact Centre/UCCE/UCCX/CUCM
Contract: 4 months
Location: South London
Rate: £/day Inside IR35
A leading managed service provider are looking for a Voice Engineer to join their end client's busy IT Team in South London.
The end client are a global insurance and risk management consultancy. The successful candidate will have experience supporting UCCE/UUCX, as well as Cisco Unified Call Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for a voice migration project alongside a senior engineer
- Required to understand the Cisco Collaboration and Contact Centre portfolio, Call Manager, Webex, Jabber and more Configuring Scripts, Agent set up, Finesse, CUIC
- Deploy handsets to location as well as remote support
- Provide BAU support for CUCM
Skills and Experience:
- Experience of user and site migrations from data gathering to CUCM configuration
- Ability to work on initiate with little or no supervision
- Create translation patterns on CUCM to redirect directory numbers
- Strive to see potential problems before they happen and seek advice when required
