Quality Assurance & Test Engineer. Contract. Freelance. 3 month rolling. Automotive. Embedded. Netherlands. €45-€55 p/h.
*Due to the nature of the position, candidates will have to travel to site in Amsterdam 2 days per week.*

Thanks to the ongoing & growing demand for their products, they urgently require 2 QA/Test Engineers to assist with the workload.
If successful, you will be an integral member of the Embedded Systems division, working on the overall product testing for these Embedded systems. There are multiple projects running concurrently, which you'll be working on too - meaning, you won't get bored!
Key responsibilities of this position include the:
- Design, creation, and execution of test scenarios/cases for Embedded systems, both stand-alone and connected to a cloud platform
- performance testing a variety of electronics/Embedded hardware/firmware
- Automation where possible
- Documenting results & reporting bugs
- Contributing/Overseeing design/requirement documents to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, completeness
- Propose improvements in testing and defects management processes
To be able to thrive in a role like this, candidates must have a demonstrable track record of functional testing for Embedded systems, as well as:
- Experience in developing test cases based on hardware and firmware requirements
- Experience with Electronics
- Experience with automated testing, Scripting languages a huge plus
- Experience with programming languages (C, C++, Linux) is a plus
