Desktop Support Engineer
As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be part of the infrastructure team and solve incidents in collaboration with the IT supplier. You will be responsible for the management of all the (virtual) work environments.
Responsibilities:
- Support (virtual) Desktops and work environments
- Monitor and solve incidents for end users
- Work closely with the IT suppliers
- 2nd line support and analysis of incidents
- Coordination of follow up processes
Requirements:
- IT related studies and relevant experience
- Windows 10 and office 365 knowledge
- Experience with VM ware VDI
- Experience with client applications en Endpoint management
100% Remote
Short term project- 6 months
36H a contract
