IT Service Desk Analyst (1ST Line)Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst (1st/2nd Line)
Location: Brighouse
Type: Contract (3 months initially)
Rate: £120 - £140per day
Hours: 2 shifts (07:00 - 15:30 & 10:30 - 19:00)
My client requires 2 Service Desk Analysts to provide support and maintenance across the company's IT systems and provide efficient 1st line support to all business users across their busiest time of the year, Christmas, and the leading months to it. This role will suit an experience Service Desk Analyst who can hit the ground running and doesn't need guidance or leading.
Required skills/experience;
- 1 Years previous IT service Desk and or Call Centre
- Knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft office 365 applications
- Basic user & Security group administration via Active Directory
- Understanding of Incident Management,
- Using & Troubleshooting PC/Laptop, Mobile/Telephony (android) & Desktop security (antivirus)
- PC/HHT/Printer/Server hardware knowledge
- Network technology knowledge ( VPN/WAN/LAN/Remote Connectivity)
