Workforce Management Analyst-BlueYonder
We have an exciting opportunity to join an award -wining brand at the beginning of a roll-out of a new Workforce Management system.
Skills & Experience
- BlueYonder configuration experience
- Experienced facilitating workshops with customers, gathering Workforce management requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Support Workforce management UAT testing
- Be able to use knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Be responsible for supporting BlueYonder cut over post go live activities
