We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst for a client in central Halifax. The role requires answering calls from users and providing 1st and some 2nd line IT support. Candidates must have at least two years commercial experience working on an IT Service Desk, and have skills in some of the following; Windows, Exchange, Outlook, Active Directory.

Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for this role.
