Description
This is an urgent contract opportunity for an experienced Data Migration & Integration Specialist with recent exposure to working on large scale HR related data migrations for SAP HCM Successfactors. The contract is outside IR35 and will be required with approx. 6 months.
To be considered for this role you must be able to evidence:
- Experience of completing data migration activities within a complex project/programme.
- Experience of data integration mapping and data value design
- S4 Hana to SAP HCM integration experience is desirable
- Have a solid grasp of operationalizing data governance ownership and definitions for HR and integration objects is desirable
- Experience of managing HR-related data migrations for SAP HCM Successfactors
- Experience of preparing, creating and loading data.
- Deep understanding of SAP HCM Successfactors configuration, master, reference and transactional data
- Experience in consulting with business stakeholders on data requirements and functional processes
- Strong experience with MS Excel and relevant data migration tools, specifically LSMW or similar Legacy system data migration tools
