Job Summary
Job: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect
Location: London, UK
Contract Length: 12months + Extendable based on performance
Rate - DOE
Technical skills
Experienced in defining systems strategy and requirements, designing and prototyping, planning testing, and supporting training efforts
Participation in all phase of full Salesforce.com life cycle implementations with Global delivery impact
Demonstrate experience of implementing large Salesforce implementations with more than 300 users
Experience integration of Salesforce with enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP
Demonstrates successful implementation of Batch Apex and/or Schedule Apex development.
Understands web services and other technologies used to transport data
Experience of at least one complex data migration into Salesforce using ETL technology
In-depth knowledge of the capabilities and constraints of Salesforce platform
Strong technical foundation: advanced structured programming (APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java), relational database concepts and structures, structured system analysis and design methods
Strong knowledge CRM business impact
Personal skills
Strong presentation development and presentation abilities
Experience of working with CxO level clients
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
Functional and professional experience to drive work products and deliverables of the highest quality
Demonstrated ability to manage a team including remote teams
Roles and Responsibilities
Design technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems
Map functional requirements to Marketing Cloud features and functionality.
Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Lead and of all technical aspects of a Salesforce.com program
Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (eg, release) processes for all Salesforce.com related technology efforts
Assess Salesforce.com architecture and provide secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform
Mentor junior team members in Marketing Cloud technology, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce best practices
