*DESKSIDE SUPPORT ANALYST*

An IT Managed Services Business requires an experienced Deskside Support Analyst to provide technical support users across the UK and deliver consistent and efficient support in line with company policies.

To be considered you will be a strong team player, high standard of communication, as well as excellent customer service ethic.

Location: Glasgow

Contract: 3 months initially

Daily rate: £190 to £225 (inside IR35)

Job duties:

  • Resolution of long term and complex incidents.
  • Support Business Disaster Recovery.
  • Escalation of complex issues.
  • Help to reduce Service Desk call volumes.

Skills:

  • Must have an IT Support background
  • Negotiation and conflict management
  • ITIL Service Chain and Incident, Problem and Change processes
