Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a desktop Support Engineer to join a blue chip organisation in Kildare on an initial 12 month contract.

This role is onsite

Key Skills

oProvide technical assistance and training to end users on computer operating systems and Standard applications.
oInstruct and assist end users in the use of computer equipment, software and accessories.
oInstall, troubleshoot and repair desktop/laptop issues
oProject activities (ie moves, rollouts, tests)
oCoordinate efforts with 3rd party vendors to repair faulty hardware.
oCustomer escalation handling
oInstall Standard SOE Image on Desktops and Laptops.
oInstall, configure and troubleshoot applications
oConfigure and troubleshoot Smart phones.
oProvide hands and eyes work for infrastructure department
