Genesys Consultant - Remote (Europe), Outside IR35

This is an excellent opportunity for a Europe-based Genesys Consultant to join a rapidly expanding MSP. One senior and one mid-level role available with the following day rates;

  • Senior: £500/day Outside IR35
  • Mid-Level: £400/day Outside IR35

Applicants must be based in Europe and can work remotely through a limited company.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the early stages of sales process with key stakeholders and identify CX journey
  • Monitor and manage technical client relationships
  • Become client trusted advisor/contribute to customer Digital Transformation.
  • Develop project deployment strategy for the consulting delivery related activities
  • Articulate service strategy
  • Engage and partner with customers to jointly develop architecture
  • Produce customized architecture standards/complex design documents.
  • Contribute to the sales effort to support the positioning of new complex solutions in ad-hoc area of expertise
  • Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge of relevant our products, services and solutions sets

Skills Profile:

Very strong technical knowledge and/or experience in unified communications related services

Contact Center and CX related services:

  • Expert level knowledge and hands on experience of Genesys Could
  • Hands on experience with integration of voice & chat bots and CRM tools such as SAP, Sales Force, MS Dynamics.
  • MS Teams enterprise voice
  • Able to understand customer needs and translate them into a high level design
  • Data networking: solid knowledge of LAN, WAN technologies
  • Good understanding of the RPA,AI and Bot tools available in the market
  • Good understanding of Anywhere 365

Other skills and experience

  • Demonstrated strong technical leadership and Matrix team management
  • Effective customer senior management communication.
  • Ability to handle complex situations
  • Expert level in the integration and implementation of at least one specific digital domain
  • Advanced level in one or more digital domain(s).
  • Strong technical skills around telecommunications/IT solutions and services in general
  • Minimum of 10 years related work experience in customer facing organizations
  • Proven track record in driving and positioning security technical strategy to customers' needs
  • Fluent in English
  • Financial management capabilities
  • Must have consultancy and service delivery experience in the CX industry.
