Job Title: Conversational AI Architect

The Responsibilities and required skills are as follows
- As a Conversational AI Architect, you will participate in project design and development stages from the concept to final hand-off to the customer.
- Prepare Chabot storyboards, user/process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- You will Develop, Debug and Deploy conversational chatbot experiences using appropriate platform and tools.
- Participate in creating guidelines, best practices and standards of Chabot-featured deliverables.
- Keep abreast of the latest Chatbot trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Perform demonstrations for client stakeholders on project features and sub features, which utilizes Chabot solutions.
- Communicate results. This entitles written and oral communication, liaising with internal teams and presenting to clients. In other words good stakeholder management.
- Collaborate with other members AI & Automation and clients. In other words, be a team player.
The Requirements are:
- Experience designing and implementing Chatbots for various channels (web, Facebook Messenger, SMS, etc) both writing code or using existing code-les platforms and tools.
- Experience in designing/developing user-centric conversation experiences involving chat, text or voice.
- Strong understanding of the NLP space and Voice-based processing (Natural language Processing, understanding, sentiment analysis, Intent classification, dialogue flows, personality insight, Text to Speech, Speech to Text) ideally familiar with GPT-2/3.
- Exposure to cloud technologies like AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Proficiency creating Architecture Design documentation.
- Up-to-date understanding of trends in this area and knowledge about solution providers in this space.
