Intelligent Resource is working in partnership with a Major Private Sector Client in the UK. We are currently recruiting IT Support Analyst to be based out of Uttoxeter, UK for an initial period of 3 months with possible extension.
Job Title: IT Support Analyst
Location: Uttoxeter, UK.
Contract Length: 3 months (with possible extension).
The Maximum daily Rate: £130 per day - Umbrella.

Minimum Requirement:
- To schedule hardware refresh deployments
- Contacting End User and arranging time/date of install
- Determine Software Requirements
- Determine any special requirements
- Updating Old/New Asset Details
Other skills
- Excel data acquisition, manipulation, and reporting.
- User engagement (Teams, Phone, Email)
- Scheduling, Planning and Calendar booking
- Support the rollout of the M365 Email migration project
