Overall responsibility for the SDH migration (approx. 15,000 lines in 24 months)
- Coordination and mediation between all involved departments (technology, operations, sales) and higher-level migration organisation
- Standardisation / optimisation of process steps in coordination with the migration organisation
- Identification of any necessary IT adjustments
- Responsibility for monthly reporting and forecasts of the orders in scope
- Coordination of "trouble shooting" measures
- First point of contact for escalations
- Preparation of decision papers at management level
- Management of interdependencies with other migration topics

Qualifications:
- professional experience in a comparable environment (e.g. project management)
- Knowledge of telecommunications
- Experience with migrations (ideally in telecom / line environment / not IT)
- Strong understanding of processes and experience in analysing and optimising processes
- Strong implementation, assertiveness and communication skills as well as a high degree of results orientation
- Presentation skills at all management levels
- Confident handling of common IT applications
